Delivery Information

Everything you need to know about what delivery costs, how long it takes, and what happens if you are not in when we arrive. For returns, exchanges and faulty goods, see returns and refunds.

How much will delivery cost me?

There is only one delivery charge per order. This charge is automatically calculated according to the location of your delivery address; it doesn’t matter how many items you order.

Delivery of heavy or bulky items to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands may be subject to a higher delivery charge. We will contact you should any part of your order not be covered by the standard delivery charge and an exact delivery quote will be provided, at which time any additional payment will be taken should you wish to continue with the order.

Why are some delivery prices higher than expected?

Some of our products, such as heavy-duty gates, railings and security equipment, are large and weighty items. Because of their size and weight they require specialist handling and delivery methods, which can make the cost higher than for smaller or lighter items.

We work to keep delivery costs as low as we can. We review our shipping options regularly and use trusted couriers, aiming to balance the cost against getting your order to you safely and in one piece.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times can vary depending on the type of product you order. We have therefore listed delivery times on each item description page. The delivery times are approximate and quoted as working days.

What if I am out when you try to deliver?

If you are not at home when we deliver your order, we will leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery at a convenient time. If you have somewhere secure where your delivery can be left, please add a note when going through the checkout and this will be added to your shipping documents.

What are the terms and conditions?

If any items you order are not available, we will contact you and discuss how you wish to proceed. If we are not able to contact you, we will send you the items that are available and possibly a substitute for the unavailable item, or refund you accordingly.

• Delivery hours deliveries normally occur between 7 am and 6 pm. The exact timing of a delivery cannot currently be specified.
• Working days Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• To your door unless otherwise stated, all deliveries are made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting, assembly or installation of your goods.
• One address per order we do not deliver to multiple addresses.
• A daytime number please leave one, so we can contact you to make delivery arrangements where that is needed.
• Separate parcels if your order contains more than one item, the products may be delivered separately even if they have the same estimated delivery dates, because our products are delivered from different locations.
• UK addresses delivery is available to all UK addresses. Customers living in some remote rural areas should note that some services are not available and delivery may take slightly longer.
