Bollards & Barriers
Bollards and barriers provide physical protection for entrances, parking areas, pedestrian zones, and property boundaries. They prevent unauthorised vehicle access and protect buildings and people from accidental or deliberate vehicle impact.
We supply and install a range of bollard and barrier systems across the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and Mid Wales.
AUTOMATIC RISING BOLLARDS:
Automatic bollards sit flush with the ground when lowered and rise to block vehicle access when activated. They are controlled by remote, keypad, intercom, or access control system, allowing authorised vehicles to pass while blocking everyone else.
Rising bollards are an effective solution for residential driveways where you want to protect a parking space, commercial premises where you need to control vehicle access during certain hours, and public spaces where pedestrian areas need protection from vehicle incursion.
TELESCOPIC PARKING POSTS:
A more affordable alternative to rising bollards. Telescopic posts are manually operated, folding down into a ground socket when you want to allow vehicle access and locking upright when you want to block it. They are effective and low-maintenance, and they do not require any electrical connection.
STATIC BOLLARDS:
Fixed bollards that provide permanent protection. They are commonly used along building frontages, around pedestrian areas, and at site perimeters where there is no need for vehicle access but protection from impact is required.
RISING BARRIERS:
Barrier arms control vehicle access at wider entrances such as car park entries, loading bays, and site access roads. We install systems from manual lift barriers through to fully automatic barriers with access control integration.
INSTALLATION:
Bollard and barrier installation involves groundwork, so we always carry out a site survey to assess ground conditions, drainage, and any underground services before starting. We will also help you choose the right product for the level of protection you need.
